What type of Credit Cards does YDFS.com accept?
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.
Do you accept Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks?
We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.
What should I know about Multiple Product Orders?
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

What happens if the Product is Out-of-Stock?
We will ship your product as it becomes available. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
What is the Refund Policy?
All Refunds will be handle via company check, unless otherwise agreed upon by seller and buyer.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
Regular orders can be cancelled before they are released to shipped. Once the manufacturer has processed and shipped your order, we are than unable to cancel the order. If the product has been shipped you will be responsible for inbound and outbound shipping charges, plus a 15% restocking fee. These charges will be deducted from your refund.
What if the product is damaged?
We are extremely confident in our Freight Carrier, and in the rare situation that you experience damage to your shipment, please do the following:
If you receive your merchandise and is damage, make sure you specify the damage on the delivery receipt. Contact us as soon as possible, so we can do our best to assist you in solving the issue with your shipment. If the carton is obviously severely damaged, please refuse shipment from freight carrier. In other cases when damage becomes obvious after opening your package, please let us know within 48 hours, we will arrange for a replacement or replacement parts to be rushed out. We will do our best to expedite your part or merchandise. In the event that the replacement is delivered to you before the original shipment is returned, you are responsible for cooperating with the return of the item. Failure to return the damaged item will cause us to charge your credit card for the non-returned item
What is your return policy?We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 15 days from the date of purchase. We will make a complete assessment of the nature of the return, and decide if the product should be returned or repaired. In case of fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 15 days from the date of purchase.

- Once the merchandise is returned we will issue a full refund on the product cost, less all return shipping charges, and restocking fees.

All returned merchandise must be returned in the original packaging and must include all packing materials and accessories. You will be responsible for all shipping charges inbound and outbound plus a 15% restocking fee. On free shipping items the shipping charges are included in the price, but you will still be charged for the inbound and out bound shipping costs incurred by YourDiscountFurnitureStore.com. On most regular priced items, we have graciously absorbed some of the outbound shipping cost, and in the event of returning any regular priced item or on sale item you would be charge the full price of the inbound and outbound shipping, plus a 15% restocking fee. - Assembled merchandise can not be returned

What is your Shipping Policy?
Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 5:00PM will be processed the same day. Most orders received after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
(We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Sample Store or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
